eSIM - Purchase Considerations

• Once the QR Code is sent via email, no refunds are possible.
• You will receive a QR code within 10 minutes after placing an order for the eSIM plan. Please add it within 30 days of placing the order, otherwise it will be invalid.
• To join the eSIM plan, the phone must be connected to the Internet and installed.
• Once the device scans the QR code, it is bound and cannot be changed. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
• The eSIM function is not available for some mobile phones in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
• Mobile phones in some countries, such as the United States and Japan, may have locked carrier frequency bands and cannot use the eSIM function.
