Data Limit: This product provides 15 days of usage with 6GB of high-speed data, after which the speed is reduced to 128kbps.

Usage Period: The usage period begins once the QR code is scanned and the eSIM is installed. Each day is counted based on Taiwan time, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

Hotspot Sharing: Supports hotspot sharing.

Signal Coverage: Signal covers all regions within listed countries. Signal strength may be weaker in remote islands, rural areas, and mountainous regions (coverage may be affected by location, terrain, buildings, network traffic, and weather conditions).

Usage Recommendation: Upon arrival, connect to local WiFi, then scan to install the eSIM plan on your device. Enable roaming for the eSIM plan.

Device Compatibility:
iOS: Compatible with iPhone XR and newer models.
Other OS: Currently supports only Google and Samsung phones. Please refer to brand websites for compatible models.

eSIM - Purchase Considerations

• QRCode cannot be refunded once it is sent by email.
• After placing an order for the eSIM plan, you will receive a QR code within 10 minutes, and please join within 30 days of placing the order. Otherwise, it will become invalid.
• To join the esim plan, you must install it while your phone is connected to the Internet.
• Once the device scans the QRcode, it is bound and cannot be replaced, nor can it be restored after deletion.
• The e-sim function is not available for mobile phones in China, Hong Kong and Macao.
• Mobile phones in some countries such as the United States and Japan may be locked to the telecommunications carrier's frequency band and cannot use the eSIM function.
• Please confirm whether the device can use eSIM before purchasing. If the device cannot be used due to not confirming whether the model can be used in advance, no refund will be given.
• If unsure, dialing *#06# and seeing "EID" or "ICCID" indicates that your phone supports eSIM!
• If it cannot be used when you arrive at your destination, please contact us immediately. We will not accept refunds if you return to your country without contacting us.
