• Traffic limit: Offers daily fixed data plan. When the specified number of days expires, the internet connection will be cut off. The data refreshes at UTC+8 00:00:00 each day (Daily fixed data plan).
• Voice Call function: no
• Usage Duration: The day count starts from scanning the QR code and activating the roaming plan. A new day is counted at UTC+8  23:59:00.
• Hotspot sharing: supports hotspot sharing, only one device is supported, and it cannot be guaranteed that all devices can share due to the model.
• Device: Only supports IOS and Andriod system mobile phones that can use eSIM
• Signal coverage: covering the entire country, with weaker signals in outlying islands, suburbs, and mountainous areas (the signal will affect the quality of Internet access depending on factors such as location, terrain, building shelter, number of users, and weather).
• It is recommended to connect to the local wifi after arriving at the destination, scan and add the eSIM plan to the mobile phone, and enable the roaming of the plan.

eSIM - 購買注意事項

• QRCode 一經email發送後即無法退費。
• eSIM 方案下單後將於 10分鐘內收到QRcode，並請於下單後 30 天內加入，超過將失效。
• 加入eSIM方案須於手機連結網路的情境下安裝。
• 請務必在抵達目的地後掃描安裝，否則會提前激活套餐。
• 裝置掃描QRcode後即綁定且無法更換，刪除後亦無法恢復。
• 中港澳手機部分不開放eSIM功能。
• 美國、日本等部分國家手機可能有鎖電信業者頻段亦無法使用eSIM功能。
• 購買前請先自行確認裝置是否可使用eSIM，若因未事前確認機型可使用與否導致無法使用，恕不退費。

• 如果您的手機符合以下兩點，即代表您的手機支援eSIＭ:

  1.撥打 *#06#，顯示「EID」字樣。
  2.進入手機設定，確認是否有「加入 eSIM」、「啟用 eSIM 卡」或「新增 eSIM」等選項。
