• Signal coverage: covering the whole country, outlying islands, suburbs and mountainous areas with weaker signals (the signal will affect the quality of Internet access depending on factors such as location, terrain, building shelter, number of users, and weather).
• It is recommended to connect to the local wifi after arriving at the destination, scan and add the eSIM plan to the mobile phone, and enable the roaming of the plan.
• Devices that support eSIM:
  • iOS system: Compatible with iPhone XR and above models.
  • Other systems: Currently only support smartphones from Google and Samsung brands. Please check the official website of the brand for compatible models.

eSIM - Purchase Considerations

• QRCode cannot be refunded once it is sent by email.
• After placing an order for the eSIM plan, you will receive a QR code within 10 minutes, and please join within 30 days of placing the order. Otherwise, it will become invalid.
• To join the esim plan, you must install it while your phone is connected to the Internet.
• The eSIM can only be downloaded once on the same device and can be downloaded before arriving at your destination.
• Once the device scans the QRcode, it is bound and cannot be replaced, nor can it be restored after deletion.
• The e-sim function is not available for mobile phones in China, Hong Kong and Macao.
• Mobile phones in some countries such as the United States and Japan may be locked to the telecommunications carrier's frequency band and cannot use the eSIM function.
• Please confirm whether the device can use eSIM before purchasing. If the device cannot be used due to not confirming whether the model can be used in advance, no refund will be given.

• If your phone meets the following two criteria, it supports eSIM:

  1. Dial *#06# and check if "EID" appears.
  2. Go to your phone settings and look for an option like "Add eSIM."
